These musical treasures are the work of Nash Tavewa of the Zapotec culture.

All Zapotec Clay  Flutes/Ocarinas are handmade from terra cotta clay. If you have ever seen Nash work you will know he doesn't use molds.  Each peice is masterfully sculptured, tuned, and finished with a 12 hour firing to create one-of-a-kind instrumental art pieces.
