The Desertland Digeridoo
The didgeridoo is an indigenous instrument traditionally created from a Eucalyptus tree.
The "didges" on this website are indigenous to the desert: agave and yucca stalks that were hand harvested, stripped, sanded, burned out by fire, fitted with a mouthpiece, tuned and then beautifully wood burned. These didgeridoos are powerful and resounding instruments; they may be used as a rhythm percussive instrument, for sound work, and meditation.
We always have a didgeridoo or two in our drum and flute circles...
